Public Lands. The CONTRACTOR agrees to refrain from using in its PROJECT any publicly owned land from a park, recreation area, or wildlife or waterfowl refuge of National, State, or local significance as determined by the Federal, State, or local officials having jurisdiction thereof, and also refrain from using in its PROJECT any land from a historic site of National, State, or local significance unless the Federal Government makes the specific findings as required by 49 U.S.C. § 303.

Public Lands. All of the Lands which are not Development Lands. The area of the Public Lands will be not less than 10.7 acres.

Public Lands. The term ‘public lands’ 20 has the meaning given that term in section 103 of 21 the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 22 1976 (43 U.S.C. 1702), except that the term in- 23 cludes Coos Bay Wagon Road Grant lands and Or- 24 egon and California Railroad Grant lands.
Public Lands. Except as otherwise provided by law or this Agreement, land necessary for the Project which is part of the public domain may be reclassified.

  • Public Use Concessionaire’s operation and this Agreement shall not be construed so as to affect the privileges accorded to the public’s use of the Area, or to restrain or prevent individual persons or groups of persons from bringing their own food and beverages into the Area.

  • Not a Public Dedication Nothing herein contained shall be deemed to be a gift or dedication of any portion of the Parcels to the general public or for the general public or for any public purpose whatsoever, it being the intention of the Owners hereto that this Declaration shall be strictly limited to and for the purposes herein expressed.

  • Publikace a) The Institution and the Investigator agree that the Sponsor shall have the sole and exclusive right to the first publication of the results of the Study. Such Sponsor publication is intended to be a multi-center publication of the Study results, collected from all investigators and institutions participating in the Study (the “Multi- Center Publication”). If the Investigator is interested in contributing to or participating in the Multi-Center Publication, he or she must contact the Sponsor. Selection of authors/participants will be governed by the Sponsor, considering individuals’ contribution to the Study.

  • Public Outreach The Sponsor is responsible for development and administration of a public outreach effort to ensure public awareness and involvement in the Project development and delivery process. The Sponsor shall provide a copy of the public outreach plan and all materials documenting the public outreach activities, including public notices, press releases, flyers, etc. to the Authority. The public outreach plan must accompany the first invoice for payment from Sponsor. The materials documenting the public outreach activities must accompany the final invoice for payment from Sponsor.

  • Public Improvements To the best knowledge of the Transferor Partnership, there are no written or proposed plans to widen, modify, or realign any street or highway or any existing or proposed eminent domain proceedings which would affect the Property in any way whatsoever. To the best knowledge of the Transferor Partnership, there are no presently planned public improvements which would result in the creation of a special improvement or similar lien upon the Property.

  • No Storing Hazardous Articles Not to keep or store any offensive, combustible, obnoxious, hazardous or dangerous articles in the said Apartment, the Common Areas, and the Building.

  • Library CONTRACTOR shall provide an inmate law library in compliance with Rule 33-501.301, F.A.C., FDC’s Policy 501.301, and ACA Standards.

  • Restrictions on Use of Hazardous Substances Borrower will not cause or permit the presence, use, disposal, storage, or release of any Hazardous Substances, or threaten to release any Hazardous Substances, on or in the Property. Borrower will not do, nor allow anyone else to do, anything affecting the Property that: (i) violates Environmental Law; (ii) creates an Environmental Condition; or (iii) due to the presence, use, or release of a Hazardous Substance, creates a condition that adversely affects or could adversely affect the value of the Property. The preceding two sentences will not apply to the presence, use, or storage on the Property of small quantities of Hazardous Substances that are generally recognized to be appropriate to normal residential uses and to maintenance of the Property (including, but not limited to, hazardous substances in consumer products).

  • Public Safety The Permittee shall comply with the following provisions.

  • PUBLIC FACILITIES Supplier’s employees may be required to perform work at government- owned facilities, including schools. Supplier’s employees and agents must conduct themselves in a professional manner while on the premises, and in accordance with Participating Entity policies and procedures, and all applicable laws.
