Common use of Public Improvements Clause in Contracts

Public Improvements. The Developer shall designate the following roads as private for public use: , , , and . The Developer shall maintain all public facilities, improvements, and open space for the Development according to Teton County standards and any standards separately adopted by the agencies responsible for providing services to the Development, until such time as the responsibility for maintenance of the public improvements and open space is turned over to the Homeowner’s Association for this Phase of the Development.
