Should the plant be required by law to observe any holiday other than those listed above, such holiday shall replace one of the Individual Holiday. Where, in the absence of such a legal requirement, Heritage Day is commonly observed as a holiday by major customers, then the plant shall observe Heritage Day as a holiday in place of the Individual Holiday.
