Public Holiday. 6.1 The Worker shall be entitled to public holidays in accordance with the labour laws in Malaysia.
Public Holiday. If and when an employee is required to work on any public holiday, he shall be paid an additional day's pay for the actual contractual hours of work on that day even though the work required of the employee on that day is less than the contractual hours of work. If the work is in excess of the contractual hours on that day, then the payment shall be at a rate of one and a half times for the number of hours worked in excess of the contractual hours.

Public Holiday. Overtime on a Public Holiday will be paid at time and a half during standard hours and double time and a half outside of standard hours (as defined in Clause 26).

Public Holiday. All employees shall be entitled to gazetted public holidays in accordance to the provisions of the Employment Act with the exception of the following:
