Public Forums. I shall only use County IT resources to create, exchange, publish, distribute, or disclose in public forums (e.g., blog postings, bulletin boards, chat rooms, Twitter, Facebook, MySpace, and other social networking services) any information (e.g., personal information, confidential information, political lobbying, religious promotion, and opinions) in accordance with Department’s policies, standards, and procedures.
Public Forums. In keeping with the philosophy of intellectual freedom and the responsibility of the Community College District for services to its community, public forums presenting speakers with varying points of view may be offered to the local community as part of the educational program.
Public Forums. The Site may act as a venue, through its chat rooms, bulletin boards and other forums (collectively, the “Forums”), allowing the public to contribute information and make statements. The actual transmission of information and statements provided for in the Forums is independent of the Site and therefore there is no approval or endorsement of any information or statements in the Forums. You hereby acknowledge and agree that the quality, correctness, timeliness, safety, truth, accuracy or legality of any information provided for by you or any other person or entity in the Forums will not be controlled. You may find information posted in the Forums by other users to be offensive, harmful, inaccurate or deceptive. Please use caution and common sense, and do not rely solely on information or statements published in the Forums. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, and although information provided for in the Forums is not regularly reviewed, the right, but not the obligation, to remove or edit any information in the Forums is hereby reserved. Immediately report problems with the Forums to us.
Public Forums. 8.12.1. If we make chat rooms and message boards available to our users, please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information. You should therefore exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.
Public Forums. Our Website offers publicly accessible community forums, including students’ school journals and postings by Users and others. You should be aware that any information that you choose to provide in these areas can be read, collected, and used by others who access the Website. To request removal of your publicly accessible, personal information, contact us at xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. In some cases, we may not be able to remove your personal information, in which case we will let you know if we are unable to do so and why.
Public Forums. In collaboration with the Client team and local community organizations, PB will host up to two public forums to share the direction of the Triangle region’s freight plan with residents and businesses. For these public forums, PB will help prepare presentations, maps, and information flyers. It is expected that the information flyers will be widely distributed by the Client team in public venues and events as well as logistics-related employment centers to help treat the question of industry-community balance. The Client team is also expected to select and reserve venues for these public forums. PB will prefer to conduct these public forums in facilities where technology will allow us to broadcast live meetings on the web in order to reach more participants. PB will structure these public forums to efficiently gather input, discuss issues and types of solutions, hear public preferences and gauge reactions to ideas. One public forum will be scheduled at the beginning stage when we have some initial findings to share with the public. The second public forum will be scheduled towards the middle of the project to solicit comments and reactions to specific proposals and improvement concepts. PB will utilize public comments to refine freight-related land use and transportation recommendations. Public Forums. This Data Protection and Privacy Policy does not cover any information you post in any public forums such as chat rooms and message boards, as we cannot control how third parties use the personal information you share in such forums.

Retrographic LLC disclaims any perceived, implied, or actual duty to monitor Public Forums and specifically disclaims any responsibility or liability for information provided thereon.
