Public Entity Crimes. A person or affiliate who has been placed on the convicted vendor list following a conviction of a public entity crime may not be awarded or perform work as a contractor, supplier, subcontractor, or consultant under a contract with any public entity in excess of the threshold amount provided in Florida Statutes, Section 287.017 for Category Two for a period of thirty-six (36) months from the date of being placed on the convicted vendor list.

Public Entity Crimes. CONSULTANT acknowledges and agrees that a person or affiliate who has been placed on the convicted vendor list following a conviction for a public entity crime may not submit a bid, proposal, or reply on a contract to provide any goods or services to a public entity; may not submit a bid, proposal, or reply on a contract with a public entity for the construction or repair of a public building or public work; may not submit bids, proposals, or replies on leases of real property to a public entity; may not be awarded or perform work as a contractor, supplier or subcontractor under a contract with any public entity; and may not transact business with any public entity in excess of the threshold amount provided in Section 287.017, Florida Statues, for CATEGORY TWO for a period of 36 months following the date of being placed on the convicted vendor list. The CONSULTANT will advise the City immediately if it becomes aware of any violation of this statute.
Public Entity Crimes. Neither Contractor, its parent corporations, subsidiaries, members, shareholders, partners, officers, directors or executives, nor any of its affiliates, contractors, suppliers, subcontractors, or consultants under this Agreement have been placed on the convicted vendor list following a conviction of a public entity crime. Contractor understands that a “public entity crime” as defined in section 287.133(1)(g), Florida Statutes, is “a violation of any state or federal law by a person with respect to and directly related to the transaction of business with any public entity or with an agency or political subdivision of any other state or with the United States…” Contractor further understands that any person or affiliate who has been placed on the convicted vendor list following a conviction for a public entity crime: (1) may not submit a bid, proposal, or reply on a contract: (a) to provide any goods or services to a public entity; (b) for the construction or repair of a public building or public work; or (c) for leases of real property to a public entity; (2) may not be awarded or perform work as a contractor, supplier, subcontractor, or consultant under a contract with any public entity; and (3) may not transact business with any public entity in excess of the threshold amount provided in section 287.017, Florida Statutes, for CATEGORY TWO for a period of 36 months from the date of being placed on the convicted vendor list.
Public Entity Crimes. As provided in Sections 287.132-133, Florida Statutes, by entering into this Contract or performing any work in furtherance hereof, the AGENCY certifies that it, its affiliates, suppliers, subcontractors and consultants who will perform hereunder, have not been placed on the convicted vendor list maintained by the State of Florida Department of Management Services within the thirty-six (36) months immediately preceding the date hereof. This notice is required by Section 287.133(3)(a), Florida Statutes.
Public Entity Crimes. As provided in F.S. 287.133 by entering into this Agreement or performing any work in furtherance hereof, the SUBRECIPIENT certifies that it, its affiliates, suppliers, subcontractors and consultants who will perform hereunder, have not been placed on the convicted vendor list maintained by the State of Florida Department of Management Services within the 36 months immediately preceding the date hereof. This notice is required by F.S. 287.133 (3)(a).

Public Entity Crimes. The AGENCY represents that it is familiar with the requirements and prohibitions of the Public Entity Crime Act, Section 287.133, Florida Statutes, and that its entry into this Contract will not violate that statute. The AGENCY shall submit a certification that it is and shall remain in compliance with such statute by use of the Public Entities and Scrutinized Companies Certification document found attached as “Form 3”. Violation of Section 287.133, Florida Statutes, may result in the immediate termination of this Contract.

Public Entity Crimes. To the extent required by section 287.133(2)(a), Contractor affirms that it is aware of the provisions of section 287.133(2)(b). Contractor affirms that at no time has it been convicted of a Public Entity Crime and agrees that any such conviction during the term of this Agreement may result in the termination of this Agreement.
Public Entity Crimes. 8.1 By its execution of this Contract, Construction Contractor acknowledges that it has been informed by Owner of the terms of Section 287.133(2)(a) of the Florida Statutes which read as follows: "A person or affiliate who has been placed on the convicted vendor list following a conviction for a public entity crime may not submit a bid on a contract to provide any goods or services to a public entity for the construction or repair of a public building or public work, may not submit bids on leases of real property to a public entity, may not be awarded or perform work as a contractor, supplier, subcontractor, or consultant under a contract with any public entity in excess of the threshold amount provided in s. 287.017 for CATEGORY TWO for a period of 36 months from the date of being placed on the convicted vendor list."
Public Entity Crimes. No Grantee shall accept any bid from, award any contract to, or transact any business with any person or affiliate on the convicted vendor list for a period of 36 months from the date that person or affiliate was placed on the convicted vendor list unless that person or affiliate has been removed from the list pursuant to Section 287.133, Florida Statutes. The Grantee may not allow such a person or affiliate to perform work as a contractor, supplier, subcontractor, or consultant under a contract with the Grantee. If the Grantee was transacting business with a person at the time of the commission of a public entity crime which resulted in that person being placed on the convicted vendor list, the Grantee may also not accept any bid from, award any contract to, or transact any business with any other person who is under the same, or substantially the same, control as the person whose name appears on the convicted vendor list so long as that person's name appears on the convicted vendor list.
