Public Employees' Dental Plan. A) The Employer is a participating Employer in the Public Employees' Dental Plan on behalf of eligible employees as determined by the terms of the plan. The costs of the plan will be paid by the Employer.

Public Employees' Dental Plan. The Employer is a participating Employer in the Public Employees' Dental Plan on behalf of eligible employees as determined by the terms of the plan. The costs of the plan will be paid by the Employer. Dental Plan Enhancements The parties agree to provide on behalf of eligible employees, Enhancements to the Public Employees' Dental Plan paid For by the Employer at an annual rate of of straight time annual payroll. The enhanced portion of the plan is to be governed by the Joint Board of Trustees. The Joint Board of Trustees will be to develop and administer this Plan within the financial resources allocated to the Plan.

Regular full-time employees are entitled to 8/80 or 1/10 time off when a holiday falls in a bi-weekly pay period, therefore, part-time employees, as defined in the immediately preceding paragraph, shall receive a holiday based upon the ratio of 1/10 of the total hours regularly worked in a bi-weekly pay period.
