PUBLIC, EDUCATIONAL AND GOVERNMENTAL (PEG) CHANNELS. (a) Comcast shall continue to make available for County use one (1) dedicated Channel for Public, Educational and Governmental (“PEG”) access programming, in accordance with this Agreement and Section 611 of the Cable Act and this Section 7.2.

PUBLIC, EDUCATIONAL AND GOVERNMENTAL (PEG) CHANNELS. (a) Comcast shall continue to provide to the Township, as set forth herein, the use of one (1) dedicated public, educational and governmental (“PEG”) access Channel in accordance with Section 611 of the Cable Act and this Section 6.2 for use by the Township and/or its designee. In addition, Comcast shall provide the use of a second PEG access Channel as set forth in Section 6.2(b). Such PEG Channel(s) shall be used for community programming related to public, educational and/or governmental activities. Their purpose is to contribute to an informed citizenry by, among other things, showing local government at work, responding to local needs, telecasting community programs, and bringing local education into the home. The Township shall have complete control over the content, scheduling, administration and all other programming aspects of the PEG Channel(s) and may delegate such functions to an appropriate designee. The Township hereby designates Moon Community Access Television (MCATV) as its official designee for programming of the PEG Channel(s). Comcast shall not exercise any editorial control over programming on the PEG channel(s). Whether operating on an analog or digital format, Comcast shall cablecast all activated PEG Channels so that they may be received by all Comcast Subscribers in the Township.

  • Adult Education Teachers of Adult Education shall be paid at the rate of thirty-five ($35.00) an hour. Break time will not be deducted from teachers’ pay.

  • Alcohol and Drug Testing Employee agrees to comply with and submit to any Company program or policy for testing for alcohol abuse or use of drugs and, in the absence of such a program or policy, to submit to such testing as may be required by Company and administered in accordance with applicable law and regulations.

  • Interstate Educational Personnel Contracts 1. The designated state official of a party state may make 1 or more contracts on behalf of his state with 1 or more other party states providing for the acceptance of educational personnel. Any such contract for the period of its duration shall be applicable to and binding on the states whose designated state officials enter into it, and the subdivisions of those states, with the same force and effect as if incorporated in this agreement. A designated state official may enter into a contract pursuant to this article only with states in which he finds that there are programs of education, certification standards or other acceptable qualifications that assure preparation or qualification of educational personnel on a basis sufficiently comparable, even though not identical to that prevailing in his own state.

  • XXXXXXXX ANTI-KICKBACK ACT (a) The Sub-Recipient hereby agrees that, unless exempt under Federal law, it will incorporate or cause to be incorporated into any contract for construction work, or modification thereof, the following clause:
