Public Disclosure Request. The City shall promptly notify the affected employee and the union when the City receives a public disclosure request that seeks personal identifying information of an employee such as birthdate, social security number, home address, home phone number. The City shall not disclose information that is exempt from public disclosure. This Section shall be exempt from Article 20 Grievance Procedure.
Public Disclosure Request. Correspondence, reports, and other written work product will be generated during the course of the relationship created by this Agreement, and third parties may request such information pursuant to the Washington State Public Disclosure Act (RCW 42.17.250 et. seq.). The parties agree that in the event that such a request is filed, the party with whom the request is filed will promptly notify all other parties to this Agreement. The parties further agree that they will not disclose any such requested material until at least ten (10) business days after providing notification to all other parties to this Agreement. The intent of this clause is to provide all parties the opportunity to seek injunctive relief pursuant to RCW 42.17.330 so as to protect the vital functions of those entities. This clause shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.
Public Disclosure Request. 19.1. When documents in an individual employee’s personnel, payroll, supervisor, training, safety, or medical file are the subject of a public disclosure request, the Employer will provide the employee notice of the request in advance of the intended release date. If the Employer receives a public disclosure request for personal information for the entire membership of the Union working for the Employer, the Employer shall notify the Union as soon as possible and prior to the release of the information. Upon Xxxxxxxx’s receipt of a public records request for disclosure of this Lease or any Confidential Information, Landlord will (i) immediately give Tenant prior notice (including email notice to xxxx@xxxxxx.xxx) in order to allow Tenant to seek a protective order or other appropriate remedy; (ii) disclose information only to the extent required by Legal Requirements; and

If Agency receives a request to disclose any Confidential Information under any Public Information Act, Open Records Act or similar law, including the California Public Records Act (“Request”), the Agency shall immediately notify Contractor and prior to disclosure give Contractor an opportunity to take any protective action it deems appropriate. If Contractor has not responded within the ten-day timeframe Agency has to respond to Public Records Act request, the Agency may, in its sole discretion and without being in breach of this Agreement, respond to the Request as the Agency deems appropriate. In the event that Contractor requests that the Agency not disclose the Confidential Information materials sought pursuant to the Request, and Agency does not disclose the materials requested, Contractor will indemnify Agency against any losses, including reasonable attorney fees and costs, sustained arising from the non-disclosure of the Confidential Information material requested in the Request. Agency, in its sole discretion may tender the Request to Contractor for response, including any and all subsequent legal actions or challenges related to the non-disclosure.
