Public Contract Code References. References to the Public Contract Code are provided for Contractor’s convenience only and shall not imply that the Public Contract Code applies to the AOC, but rather shall be used to define the Contractor’s obligations under the particular contract provision in which such code section is referenced. The AOC is not subject to the Public Contract Code.
