Public Announcements; Confidentiality. (a) Unless otherwise required by applicable Law, no Seller shall, and each Seller shall cause his Affiliates, agents, representatives and professionals not to, and, prior to the Closing, the Company shall not, make any disclosure or public announcements in respect of this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby (including price and terms) or otherwise communicate with any news media without the prior written consent of Purchaser.
