Pto Pay Out. Employees shall be afforded the opportunity to “sell” or cash out, up to 60 hours of accrued and available PTO at the end of the year at the hourly rate that they are then being paid. This pay out is provided in a regular payroll type check at the end of the following payroll period. Employees may choose either to roll over un-used hours under this policy or be paid out for them up to the maximum of 60 hours (or 40 hours on 8 hour shifts) 8 hours shift employees are bought out for the balance of the time (i.e., 20 hours). Unused emergency PTO hours may be rolled over up to a maximum of 40 hours in a year. The parties agree that absenteeism creates problems for the plant’s owners, customers and employees, and they agree to try to reduce and manage non-productive time. They agree that employees should be paid for time they work, as well as receiving a generous benefits package with Paid Time Off and other leave provided herein, but otherwise shall not be paid for time not worked.

Pto Pay Out. When an employee goes from full-time to regular part-time or per diem, the employee will be paid out their accrued and available PTO. An employee whose employment has been terminated or resigns, and who has unused accrued PTO, will receive such pay in addition to any other pay due in their final check. All PTO payouts at the time of such status change or termination, either voluntarily or involuntarily, will be paid at the employee’s then current regular base hourly wage.

  • Automatic Payments You can agree with a seller who accepts PayPal to use PayPal as the payment method for future purchases with that seller. This agreement is between you and the seller and allows you to pay the seller on a one-time, regular or sporadic basis. Depending on the seller you wish to pay, you might also be able to directly instruct PayPal to make future payments to the seller on your behalf on a one-time, regular or sporadic basis.   • Funding Your Payment Selecting a preferred funding source You may select a preferred funding source when logged into your account. Subject to this user agreement, the preferred funding source will be used as the default funding source for payments you send from your account. You can set separate preferred funding sources for some billing agreement payments. Special Funding Arrangements Some payments can be funded by special funding arrangements linked to your PayPal account, such as merchant/transaction specific balance, gift vouchers or other promotional funding arrangements. The use and priority of these special funding arrangements are subject to further terms and conditions between you and us. Your account overview may show the notional amount available in your special funding arrangements to fund qualifying payments at any given time. This amount does not constitute electronic money, is not deemed part of your PayPal balance and is not redeemable in cash - it only represents the amount of electronic money which we offer to issue and credit to your account at the time of (and only to immediately fund) a qualifying payment, subject to (and only for the period outlined in) the further terms and conditions of use of that special funding arrangement. If your payment funded by a special funding arrangement is reversed at a later time for any reason, we will keep the amount that represents the portion of that payment that was funded by your special funding arrangement and (provided that the special funding arrangement has not already expired) reinstate the special funding arrangement. Funding payments you send from your account We will obtain electronic money for the payment you send from your account from the following sources in the following order to the extent they are available:

  • Pay Cheques R-1 Payment of wages will be made by depositing the net amount payable to the Employee to the credit of the Employee's designated account at any Kent County chartered bank that utilizes a computer banking transfer system. All Employees and all future Employees, as a condition of employment, shall sign an authorization to permit the payment of wages as referenced above. An Employee who is underpaid a minimum of seventy-five ($75.00) as a result of a payroll error, upon request, will have a separate cheque issued to her/him as soon as possible but no later than two (2) working days (payroll working days) following the request.
