PTO Donation. An employee with a PTO balance of equal to or greater than forty (40) hours can donate up to sixteen (16) hours per year of their PTO to another employee who has a qualifying illness under the PTO donation policy who is benefit eligible, and who has exhausted their PTO and EIT accruals. The rate of pay for a donated hour of PTO is the donor’s rate.
PTO Donation. The Company may allow employees to donate a portion of available and unused PTO, in eight (8) hour increments, to other bargaining unit employees who, because of catastrophic or hardship situations, are unable to be at work and no longer have available paid time off. An Employee wishing to donate their time will fill out a “Donation of PTO” form, specifying the amount of time donated and the name of the individual to whom the time will be donated.
PTO Donation. Employees may choose to donate PTO time under Allina’s “PTO Donation Program” following the guidelines as may be amended from time to time by the employer, except that a full-time employee is required to have at least 40 hours PTO in their bank and a part-time employee is required to have at least 30 hours PTO in their bank, and there is no minimum FTE requirement for eligibility to donate.
PTO Donation. Each employee may donate up to a maximum of forty (40) hours per year of PTO time, with the donation directed to a hardship leave bank for the benefit of sick/injured employees who have exhausted their accrued PTO and sick leave, or in the alternative, the donation may be directed to a bargaining team bank. These banks will be administered and approved by the Hospital HR Department and a sub-committee of the conference committee pursuant to a procedure adopted by mutual agreement of the Hospital and the sub-committee.
PTO Donation. Bargaining unit nurses shall have the ability to 6 participate in PTO Donation programs made available to all Hospital 8 conditions as all other employees.

If an employee employed at least one (1) year is on a family or medical leave of absence to which federal or state family and leave law is applicable and the employee has exhausted all of his/her PTO, the employee on leave may qualify as a recipient of other employees' scheduled PTO, as follows:
PTO Donation. Program A nurses are eligible to elect to donate PTO in accordance with the hospital policy on Paid Time Off — Program A. Program B nurses are not eligible to elect to donate PTO, in accordance with the hospital policy on Paid Time Off — Program B.
PTO Donation. Bargaining Unit employees will be eligible to participate in the Employer's PTO donation program to the same extent and on the same terms and conditions as non-union employees as such program may be amended from time to time at the sole discretion of the employer.
