Unless you provide 24 hours advance notice of cancellation you will be expected to pay for it. Please note, insurance companies do not provide reimbursement for cancelled sessions. You will, therefore, be held responsible for the full fee for that hour – not just your copay. If it is possible, I will try to find another time to reschedule the appointment within my limited work week. If no alternative time is available during that week, you are responsible for the cancelled appointment. CONTACTING ME REGULAR WORK HOURS AND AVAILABILITY Due to my work schedule, I am often not immediately available by telephone. Although I am usually seeing clients between 9am and 8pm on Tuesdays and 9am and 3pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays, I will not answer my phone if I am with a patient or in a meeting. I reserve Mondays and Fridays for other professional activities. During the academic year, my schedule may also change to accommodate the schedule for any courses I may be teaching.
