PSO Regulatory Definitions. The following definitions shall apply to this Agreement, as such terms are defined in 42 Code of Federal Regulations (the “Regulations”). To the extent terms are not defined herein, such terms are deemed to be defined in accordance with the Regulations, as referenced above.
PSO Regulatory Definitions. The parties hereby adopt and incorporate by reference the definitions at 42 Code of Federal Regulations (“CFR”) Part 3 (the “Regulations”), § 3.20, a copy of which is appended as Exhibit 1.1.
