Provisions Surviving Termination. The obligations of the parties contained in Sections 7.1, 7.4, 8.4, 8.5, 8.6, 8.7, 8.8, 9.3, 10, 11, 12, 15.3, and 17 hereof and herein shall survive termination of this Agreement.
