PROVISIONS REQUIRED BY LAW DEEMED INSERTED. Each and every provision of law and clause required by federal law, regulation, executive order, policy, procedure, directive, Federal grant award or agreement, or cooperative agreement with any Federal agency to be inserted in this Agreement shall be deemed to be inserted herein and the Agreement shall be read and enforced as though it were included herein. If, through mistake or otherwise, any provision is not inserted, or is not correctly inserted, then upon the application of either party the Agreement shall be amended to make such insertion or correction.
