Common use of Provisions Operative Between Lenders and Agent Only Clause in Contracts

Provisions Operative Between Lenders and Agent Only. Except for the provisions of Sections 12.7.6, 12.9.2, 12.9.5, 12.10, 12.11 and 12.12, the provisions of this Article relating to the rights and obligations of the Lenders and the Agent INTER SE shall be operative as between the Lenders and the Agent only, and the Restricted Parties shall not have any rights or obligations under or be entitled to rely for any purpose upon such provisions.

Provisions Operative Between Lenders and Agent Only. Except for the provisions of Sections 12.7.69.7.5, 12.9.29.9.2, 12.9.59.9.5, 12.109.10, 12.11 9.11 and 12.129.12, the provisions of this Article relating to the rights and obligations of the Lenders and the Agent INTER SE shall be operative as between the Lenders and the Agent only, and the Restricted Parties shall not have any rights or obligations under or be entitled to rely for any purpose upon such provisions.
