Provisions Operative Between Lenders and Agent Only. The provisions of this Article relating to the rights and obligations of the Lenders and the Agent inter se shall be operative as between the Lenders and the Agent only, and the Loan Parties shall not have any rights or obligations under, or be entitled to rely for any purpose on, such provisions.
