Provisions Operative Between Lenders and Agent Only. Except for the provisions of Sections 10.7(b), 10.7(e), 10.9(b), 10.9(f), 10.10, 10.11, 10.12, 10.13, 10.14 and 10.15, the provisions of this Article relating to the rights and obligations of the Lenders and the Agent inter se shall be operative as between the Lenders and the Agent only, and the Obligors shall not have any rights or obligations under or be entitled to rely for any purpose on such provisions.

Except for the provisions of Sections 9.7(6), 9.9 and this Section 9.12, the provisions of this Article 9 relating to the rights and obligations of the Lenders and the Agent inter se shall be operative as between the Lenders and the Agent only, and no Obligor shall have any rights or obligations under or be entitled to rely for any purpose upon such provisions.

Except for the provisions of Sections 9.2(5), 9.3(1), 9.3(3) and this Section 9.4, the provisions of this Article 9 relating to the rights and obligations of the Lenders or the Secured Parties, as the case may be, and the Agent inter se shall be operative as between the Lenders or the Secured Parties, as the case may be, and the Agent only, and no Obligor shall have any rights or obligations under or be entitled to rely for any purpose upon such provisions.

Except for the provisions of Sections 9.7.5, 9.9.2, 9.9.5, 9.10, 9.11 and 9.12, the provisions of this Article relating to the rights and obligations of the Lenders and the Agent INTER SE shall be operative as between the Lenders and the Agent only, and the Restricted Parties shall not have any rights or obligations under or be entitled to rely for any purpose upon such provisions.
Provisions Operative Between Lenders and Agent Only. Except for the provisions of Section 13.11(2), Section 13.11(3), Section 13.11(4), Section 13.15(1), 13.15(3) and 13.15(6), the first sentence of Section 13.09(1), and the rights of the Borrowers to receive notice as specified in this Article 13, the provisions of this Article 13 relating to the rights and obligations of the Lenders and the Agent inter se will be operative as between the Lenders and the Agent only, and the Credit Parties will not have any rights or obligations under or be entitled to rely for any purpose upon such provisions.
Provisions Operative Between Lenders and Agent Only. Except for the provisions of Sections 9.10, 9.13.1, 9.13.2, 9.19.4 and 9.20, the provisions of this Article are solely for the benefit of the Lenders and the Agent, and the Obligors shall not have any obligations or rights as third party beneficiaries of any of the provisions contained herein.
Provisions Operative Between Lenders and Agent Only. The provisions of this Article XV relating to the rights and obligations of the Lenders and the Agent shall be operative as between the Lenders and the Agent only, and the Borrower shall not have any rights or obligations under or be entitled to rely for any purposes upon such provisions other than as specifically set forth therein.

Except for the provisions of Sections 12.7.6, 12.9.2, 12.9.5, 12.10, 12.11 and 12.12, the provisions of this Article relating to the rights and obligations of the Lenders and the Agent INTER SE shall be operative as between the Lenders and the Agent only, and the Restricted Parties shall not have any rights or obligations under or be entitled to rely for any purpose upon such provisions.
