Common use of PROVISIONS OF LAW Clause in Contracts

PROVISIONS OF LAW. It is understood and agreed that this MOA is subject to all current and future applicable federal, state, and County laws and regulations. If any part or provision of this MOA is in conflict or inconsistent with such applicable provisions of federal, state or County laws, rules and regulations or is otherwise held to be invalid or unenforceable by any tribunal of competent jurisdiction, such part or provision shall be suspended and superseded by such applicable law or regulations, and the remainder of this MOA shall not be affected thereby.
