PROVISIONS OF LAW. A. This MOU is subject to all current and future applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Provided, however, no local law which is enacted in contravention of the provisions of the Xxxxxx-Xxxxxx-Xxxxx Act (MMBA) shall affect the provisions of this MOU. Departments will not enact regulations which contravene the Articles of this MOU.
