If you authorize other persons to use your username and password in any manner, your authorization will be considered unlimited in amount and manner until you have notified us in writing or by e-mail that you have revoked the authorization and changed your username and password.   • General provisions applicable to payments The holder of a Global Note shall be the only person entitled to receive payments in respect of Notes represented by such Global Note and the Issuer will be discharged by payment to, or to the order of, the holder of such Global Note in respect of each amount so paid.
