Provisional Bookings. 2.1 Birkbeck may permit the Client to make a provisional booking which may be cancelled by the Client within 5 working days of the date the provisional booking is made without penalty. Any provisional bookings not confirmed by the Client within 5 working days shall be deemed to be cancelled.

Provisional Bookings. A Booking is provisional only until a Booking Contract signed by the Hirer, together with any payment or deposit then due, is received and countersigned by the University. Acceptance of payment and signature by the University constitutes conclusion of the Agreement. Following the receipt of the booking request, the Hirer will be issued with the Booking Contract and Conditions for signature and return. If these are not signed, returned and received by the University within 14 days or any payment or deposit is not paid when due, any Facilities provisionally reserved for the Hirer will be automatically released. Prior to conclusion of the Agreement, the University reserves the right, exercisable in its discretion, to cancel a provisional booking at any time and for any reason or to solicit and take other bookings for the relevant Facilities.
Provisional Bookings. Cranfield Conference Centre Limited may agree to you making a provisional booking which will be held for no longer than 14 days, providing the booking start date does not commence within the next 2 months. You may cancel provisional bookings without penalty. Cranfield Conference Centre Ltd reserves the right to remove any provisional bookings should we not be able to make contact with you. Your booking is considered provisional until receipt of a signed contract and any required deposits.

While we hold a provisional booking, we will not allocate the facilities that you have provisionally booked to other customers unless you agree.

Provisional bookings do not create or imply any obligation to make the relevant product or service available to the Agent, but do have an effect on the availability of the Travel Service and may harm the TDTT Group or Third Party Suppliers commercially if not dealt with strictly in accordance with the TDTT Group or Third Party Supplier policy and in a commercially responsible manner. Provisional bookings are inter alia subject to the following terms and conditions:
Provisional Bookings. Any provisional booking not confirmed within 28 days of the initial enquiry will be deemed null and void after the said time and venue may be re-hired.

Provisional Bookings. 2.1 Enquiries should first be made to check the availability of the venue. If the date required is available for the function, a provisional booking can be made by telephone or e-mail. The Hirer should provide organisation name, full invoice address, a purchase order number (if required by the Hirer’s internal procedures) and any other provisional details. The provisional booking will be held for a maximum of 30 days or until another enquiry for that room is made, whichever sooner, at which point the Hirer will be contacted and asked to either confirm the booking or to release it immediately.
Provisional Bookings. 5.2 If a student (a “Relevant Student”) submits a request to book the Property listed on the Platform (a “ProvisionalBooking”), then XXXXXXX.XXX shall notify the Accommodation Partner via the Booking Method.
