Provision of Water. The Contractor shall provide water for use in the Works. He shall supply all hydrants, hose, vessels and appliances necessary for the distribution there-of and shall provide pumps, tanks, carts, vessels and appliances, transport and labour when and where-ever it is necessary for water to be carted for use at the works. All water used in connection with the works shall if possible be obtained from a public water supply and the Contractor shall make all necessary arrangements and pay all the charges for connection to main and for water used.
Provision of Water. 46.1 The Employer shall provide drinking water for employees to refill their suitable water containers if required.
Provision of Water. The City represents and warrants that it has sufficient water to serve the Insight Property (including its intended uses), and upon construction, from time to time, of the required water improvements described in the Applicable Water Study or as may be supplemented relating specifically to an Insight Parcel, the City shall permit Insight to connect, in seriatim fashion, to the City’s water systems and shall provide water service to the Insight Property and its intended uses in the City’s customary manner.
Provision of Water a. The removal of the existing hydrants will require the temporary isolation of the water supply to the property and internal buildings.
Provision of Water. Xxxxxx, shall provide waste water to BPT in sufficient quantities to accomplish the Barn Site Collection and the BPT Process within the Combined Facility Premises. However, the waste water that will be provided by Xxxxxx shall be limited to that waste water which is used by Xxxxxx to flush Animal Waste into the lagoons from the Barn Sites and which is intercepted by BPT during the Barn Site Collection Process. Also, the installation cost of any additional well(s) for water supply required by BPT shall be at BPT's cost.
Provision of Water. Landlord shall provide hot and cold water for ------------------ ordinary lavatory and drinking purposes only in the common areas. Additionally, Landlord shall provide chilled water to the Premises as necessary for the cooling of the computer and/or communications equipment therein and for conditioning air for office space cooling.
Provision of Water. Where mains water is provided the Council shall in its absolute discretion have the right to turn off all mains water supplies in during the month of October each year and turn on the mains water supply in April each year. The Council may without notice in its absolute discretion vary the dates detailed above or turn off the mains water supply provided. The tenant shall not attach a hose pipe to the water stand pipe except for the express purpose of filling water butts and troughs. No sprinkler or other irrigation system or device shall be attached or fixed to a hose pipe. The prolonged use of a hose pipe is strictly forbidden and the Council may serve a notice on a Tenant specifically prohibiting the use of a hose pipe in any circumstance.
