Common use of Provision of Security Clause in Contracts

Provision of Security. At least thirty (30) Calendar Days prior to the commencement of the procurement, installation, or construction of a discrete portion of an Interconnecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Distribution Upgrades, Interconnection Customer shall provide Interconnecting Transmission Owner a guarantee, a surety bond, letter of credit or other form of security that is reasonably acceptable to Interconnecting Transmission Owner in accordance with Section 7 of Schedule 11 of the Tariff.
