Common use of Provision of Professional Services Clause in Contracts

Provision of Professional Services. CONTRACTOR hereby agrees to develop, coordinate and provide the professional services described in Exhibit A – Scope of Services, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as if set forth in full. In providing such services and assistance, CONTRACTOR agrees to fully cooperate with the DHHS – Behavioral Health Director or a designee thereof, hereinafter referred to as “Director.”
