Provision of Insurance. 5.1.1 Subject to the provisions of clause 5.2, the Landlord will insure and/or provide cover against:
Provision of Insurance. ARLP hereby agrees to cause each of the ARLP Entities, the AHGP Entities and the ARH II Entities to be named as additional insureds in ARLP’s insurance program, as in effect from time to time. Each of the ARLP Entities, the AHGP Entities and the ARH II Entities, as applicable, shall be allocated, and pay for, such insurance coverage in an amount equal to ARLP’s cost of insuring the assets and operations of such partnership entities.

If such treatment is recommended by a competent physician or surgeon and is performed by qualified medical personnel, I will not hold (name of individual in charge of group) or anyone connected with South Texas Children’s Home Ministries responsible in case of adverse results or problems that arise from such treatment. It is understood that this release is valid only in case of an emergency and that a reasonable effort will be made to inform me of the problem and seek my personal decision before taking any action. However, if I cannot be reached, the above named person is given my permission to do whatever is necessary. Provision of Insurance. The Sublessor has obligations, pursuant to the Headlease, in respect of insurance, and certain of those obligations will be satisfied by the insurance to be provided by the Sublessees. To assist in the orderly administration of insurance, each Sublessee will be required to obtain the insurance required by this Sublease, from an insurance broker designated by the Homeowners Corporation, and the insurance policies issued to the Sublessees shall have a common expiry date. The insurance shall comply in all respects with the requirements of the Headlease, including, without limitation, provisions relating to the Trustee in respect of insurance proceeds.

Provision of Insurance. By action of the Board, notwithstanding any interest of the directors in the action, the Corporation may purchase and maintain insurance, in such scope and amounts as the Board deems appropriate, on behalf of any person who is or was a director, officer, employee, fiduciary, or agent of the corporation, against any liability asserted against, or incurred by, him in any such capacity or arising out of his status as such, whether or not the corporation would have the power to indemnify him against such liability under the provisions of these Bylaws or applicable law.
Provision of Insurance. Without limiting Contractor’s indemnification of City, and prior to commencement of Work, Contractor shall obtain, provide and maintain at its own expense during the term of this Contract, policies of insurance of the type and amounts described below and in a form satisfactory to City. Any such insurance may be procured from any insurance company designated by the Management Committee, whether such insurance company is formed under the laws of Colorado or of any other jurisdiction of the United States or elsewhere.
