Provision of education. The School will do all that is reasonable to provide an educational environment and teaching of a range, standard and quality which is suitable for each pupil and to provide education to at least the standard required by law in the particular circumstances. The School will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing educational services for the Pupil but cannot guarantee that the Pupil will achieve his / her desired examination results or that results will be sufficient to gain entry to other educational establishments.
Provision of education. 13.1.1 Subject to these terms and conditions, the School undertakes to accept your child as a pupil of the School from the time of joining the School until the end of his or her secondary schooling (subject to the provisions of clause 4.6 regarding Sixth Form entry). Progress Reports will be provided each term. The School reserves the right to make changes to the curriculum if it deems it necessary in the interests of the School.

Although we strive for excellence in the educational advancement of our students, COA International cannot guarantee that the student will achieve their desired examination results or that results will be sufficient to gain entry to other educational establishments. COA International does not currently handle the administration of examinations. Therefore, students are required to register as private candidates. It is the responsibility of parents/guardians to find an examination centre, to meet the deadlines for registration and to cover all costs incurred by taking the examinations.
