Common use of Provision of copies of communications Clause in Contracts

Provision of copies of communications. Upon specific request of the Security Trustee each Borrower shall provide the Security Trustee, at the time of each such communication, copies of all written communications between that Borrower and: (a) the approved brokers; (b) the approved protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations; (c) the approved insurance companies and/or underwriters, which relate directly or indirectly to: (i) that Borrower’s obligations relating to the obligatory insurances including, without limitation, all requisite declarations and payments of additional premiums or calls; and (ii) any credit arrangements made between that Borrower and any of the persons referred to in paragraphs (a) or (b) relating wholly or partly to the effecting or maintenance of the obligatory insurances; and (d) any parties involved in case of a claim under any of insurances relating to that Borrower’s Ship.

Provision of copies of communications. Upon specific request of the Security Trustee each Each Ship Owning Borrower shall provide the Security TrusteeLender, at the time of each such communication, copies of all written communications between that Borrower and: (a) the approved brokers;; and (b) the approved protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations;; and (c) the approved insurance companies and/or underwriters, which relate directly or indirectly to: (i) that Ship Owning Borrower’s 's obligations relating to the obligatory insurances including, without limitation, all requisite declarations and payments of additional premiums or calls; and (ii) any credit arrangements made between that Ship Owning Borrower and any of the persons referred to in paragraphs (a) or (b) relating wholly or partly to the effecting or maintenance of the obligatory insurances; and (d) any parties involved in case of a claim under any of insurances relating to that Borrower’s Ship.

Upon specific request of the Security Trustee each Borrower It shall provide the Security TrusteeTrustee and, if the Security Trustee so requests, at the time of each such communication, copies of all written communications between that Borrower and: (a) the approved brokers;; and (b) the approved protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations;; and (c) the approved insurance companies and/or underwriters, which relate directly or indirectly to: (i) that Borrower’s obligations relating to the obligatory insurances including, without limitation, all requisite declarations and payments of additional premiums or calls; and (ii) any credit arrangements made between that Borrower and any of the persons referred to in paragraphs (a) or (b) relating wholly or partly to the effecting or maintenance of the obligatory insurances; and (d) any parties involved in case of a claim under any of insurances relating to that Borrower’s Ship.

Upon specific request The Borrower shall procure that each Owner of the Security Trustee each Borrower a Mortgaged Ship shall provide the Security TrusteeLender, at the time of each such communication, copies of all written communications between that Borrower the relevant Owner and: (a) the approved brokers;; and (b) the approved protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations;; and (c) the approved insurance companies and/or underwriters, which relate directly or indirectly to: (i) that Borrower’s Owner's obligations relating to the obligatory insurances including, without limitation, all requisite declarations and payments of additional premiums or calls; and (ii) any credit arrangements made between that Borrower Owner and any of the persons referred to in paragraphs (a) or (b) above relating wholly or partly to the effecting or maintenance of the obligatory insurances; and (d) any parties involved in case of a claim under any of insurances relating to that Borrower’s Ship.

Upon specific request of Each Borrower shall provide the Security Trustee each Borrower shall provide if so required by the Security Trustee, at the time of each such communication, copies of all written communications between that Borrower and: (a) the approved brokers; (b) the approved protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations;; and (c) the approved insurance companies and/or underwriters, which relate directly or indirectly to: (id) that Borrower’s obligations relating to the obligatory insurances including, without limitation, all requisite declarations and payments of additional premiums or calls; and; (iie) any credit arrangements made between that Borrower and any of the persons referred to in paragraphs (a) or (b) relating wholly or partly to the effecting or maintenance of the obligatory insurances; and (df) any parties involved in case of a claim under any obligatory insurances of insurances relating to that Borrower’s the Ship.
