Provision of Clothing. The current practices relating to the supply and maintenance of clothing or uniforms for employees shall continue during the term of this Agreement subject to any changes which shall be the subject of prior discussion between the College and the Union College/Campus Committee.

Provision of Clothing. (a) Clothing damaged during the course of an employee's work, that is damaged beyond reasonable expectation may be replaced by the City on approval of the General Manager.
Provision of Clothing. Each year, the County’s Purchasing Division shall make arrangements for the purchase of acceptable clothing for departments heads who, shall in turn, designate clothing articles for eligible employees to select by way of an Order Form. Employees eligible to receive a clothing allowance shall select articles of clothing up to the amount of their approved clothing allowance, subject to final approval by the department head. Employees may choose to set aside a portion of their approved clothing allowance for reimbursement of dry cleaning expenses. Receipts for such expenses shall be submitted to the department head or designee on May 15th and November 15th of each year of the agreement. For employees eligible to receive a clothing maintenance allowance, said allowance shall be utilized to purchase articles of clothing on or around May 1st (for Fall/Winter clothing) and November 1st (for Spring/Summer clothing) of each year of this agreement and shall be pro-rated based upon the amount of time the employee worked the preceding year. Paid sick, vacation and personal time shall be considered time worked as well as all unpaid time totaling 12 days or less in a calendar year. All periods of service interrupted for more than 12 total days due to W days, unpaid leaves of absence and suspensions, shall not be counted as time worked.
Provision of Clothing. Employees who are employed on Sanitary Sewer Cleaning Machines will be provided with coveralls and gloves and laundry service for same by the City. Employees employed in the City Shops will be provided with coveralls and laundry service for same by the City. The City agrees to provide: a maximum of two (2) sweatsuits per annum to regular and part-time aquatic employees (employees working less than twenty (20) hours per week - one (1) sweatsuit per annum). The City agrees to provide: One (I) jacket, Three (3) shirts, Two (2) pair of pants and One (I) tie per annum to Icemen/Maintenance employees. (Clothes requiring dry cleaning to be cleaned at the City’s expense). The City agrees to provide: a boot allowance of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) each year to be paid in November to those employees who, as part of their everyday responsibilities, have extended exposure to hot mix asphalt on a continued regular basis. Employees working on an intermittent basis and having extended exposure to hot mix asphalt may be dealt with under Article 13, Section 4(c). If an employee is required to wear a uniform or other special apparel, the City shall supply the uniform as well as clean, launder, upkeep and repair without charge to the employee. All guards and matrons shall be provided with uniforms and laundry services.

Provision of Clothing. (a) A Walk-on shall provide all such modern dress and footwear as he/she may possess and may normally and reasonably use in his/her private capacity. The Company shall provide all other visible modern dress and all character, period or special costumes and footwear. All clothing so provided shall remain the property of the provider. The Walk-on shall take reasonable care of the clothing provided. Where a Walk-on uses his/her own clothing and such clothing becomes soiled or damaged during the actual rehearsing, recording or transmission (other than solely through the fault of the Walk-on) the Company shall pay for the cleaning of such soiled clothing or compensate the Walk-on for, or make good, damaged clothing. Except as above a Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage to clothing brought into the studios or on location by the Walk-on. A Company shall have due regard to the clothing and footwear which a Walk-on might reasonably be expected to possess. To avoid difficulties arising any clothing or footwear to be provided by the Walk-on shall be the subject of mutual agreement at the time when the engagement is offered.
