Provision of Class Notice. Upon the date specified in the Court’s Preliminary Approval Order, the Settlement Administrator, or in the event that no Settlement Administrator is utilized, Class Counsel will be responsible for providing Class Notice to the Class Members.
Provision of Class Notice. Defendants will notify Class Members of the 20 settlement in the manner specified under Section 3.3 of the Settlement Agreement with all costs 21 associated with claims administration and providing notice to Class Members being paid from the 22 Gross Cash Fund pursuant to Section 2.1(a) of the Settlement Agreement.

Provision of Class Notice. Defendants Old Navy, LLC, Old Navy (Apparel), LLC, Old Navy Holdings, LLC, GPS Services, Inc., and The Gap, Inc. (“Old Navy” or “Defendants”) will notify Class Members of the Settlement in the manner specified under Section 3.3 of the Agreement and will pay all costs associated with claims administration and providing notice to Class Members as set forth in the Settlement Agreement. 13
Provision of Class Notice. Class Members shall be notified of the 2 settlement in the manner specified under Section 22 of the Settlement Agreement.

Elixir, through the Settlement Administrator, will notify 4 Settlement Class Members of the Settlement in the manner and within the time period specified under 5 Section 5.2 of the Agreement. The Court hereby approves, as to form and content, the proposed Long 6 Form Notice, Email Notice, and Postcard Notice as provided in the Exhibits attached to the Agreement.
