PROVISION OF BULLETIN BOARD SPACE AND OTHER FACILITIES. The Employer shall continue its present practice whereby it provides physical bulletin board space and will permit access to an internal network for a “Web Page” and “Forum Page”, for the posting of official Alliance notices. Notices or other material shall require the prior approval of the Employer, except notices relating to the business affairs of the Alliance and social and recreational events. The Employer shall have the right to refuse the posting of any information that it considers adverse to its interests or the interests of any of its representatives. The Employer will continue its practice of making available to the Alliance specific locations on its premises for the placement of reasonable quantities of literature of the Alliance. ARTICLE
