PROVISION OF BULLETIN BOARD SPACE AND OTHER FACILITIES. The Employer shall provide bulletin board space in each Mint clearly identified for Alliance use for the posting of notices pertaining to elections, appointments, meeting dates, news items and social and recreational affairs. To be posted, such notices shall have been previously initialed by an authorized Union representative. The Employer shall make available to the Locals a location on the premises for the placement of bulk quantities of literature of the Local, Component or Alliance. The Employer shall make available to the Locals a meeting place to be used from time to time for the conducting of business relating to the bargaining unit by the local executive. The Employer shall deliver incoming union mail through the Employer's internal mail system. The Employer shall provide suitable office space for the Local Union to conduct its official business. Photocopying machines and fax machines may be used for Union business. ARTICLE
