Provision of Additional Services. In providing added services as specified in Attachment C of this Partner Agency MOU; Partnering agencies shall develop and implement the means to provide such additional assistance. Partnering agencies shall perform advance program and fiscal planning so as to fully meet the obligations in Section III (“Obligations of Partnering Agencies”). In accordance with federal law, partnering agencies will be required to make specific, firm commitments to the operation of the Xxxxxx AJCC via these agreements. Partnering agencies hereby agree to amend or replace this MOU as needed to accurately describe the obligations they will have to incur due to these federal law requirements.
Provision of Additional Services. If Tenant desires services in amounts additional to or at times different from those set forth in Section 8.2 above, or any other services that are not provided for in this Lease, Tenant shall make a request for such services to Landlord with such advance notice as Landlord may reasonably require. If Landlord provides such services to Tenant, Tenant shall pay Landlord’s charges for such services (including Landlord’s then Building-standard administrative fee and such indirect costs as engineers’ expenses and a reasonable allowance for wear and tear on the Building Systems) within thirty (30) days after Tenant’s receipt of Landlord’s invoice.

If Tenant desires services in additional amounts or at different times than set forth in Section 8.2 above, or any other services that are not provided for in this Lease, Tenant shall make a request for such services to Landlord with such advance notice as Landlord may reasonably require. If Landlord provides such services to Tenant, Tenant shall pay Landlord’s charges for such services within fifteen (15) days after Xxxxxx’s receipt of Landlord’s invoice; provided, however, that Landlord hereby agrees that upon Xxxxxx’s written request Landlord shall provide HVAC service to the Premises 24 hours per day during the Term so long as Tenant pays Landlord’s actual costs for such services, plus an administrative fee not to exceed 15% of the cost of such services, which costs may be based on a reasonable allocation of Landlord’s actual costs.
Provision of Additional Services. 4.1. If the Company at any time wishes to instruct the Supplier to provide any Additional Services, the Company shall notify the Supplier of the details of the proposed Additional Services by sending to the Supplier a Draft Work Instruction, which shall be substantially in the form specified in Part 3 of the Schedule (Form of Work Instruction). Within five (5) Working Days of initial notification by the Company pursuant to this Clause 4.1 (or such other period as the Parties may agree), the Supplier shall (at its own cost) provide to the Company such information as the Company may request in connection with the proposed Additional Services and/or the Draft Work Instruction.
Provision of Additional Services. 49.1 We will provide you with the Additional Services that we may agree with you from time to time. However, we are not obliged to provide you with the Additional Services while you are absent from the Village.
Provision of Additional Services. The Parties agree that if any Party needs services in addition to the services provided for in this Agreement and the other Transaction Documents ("Additional Services") to comply with commercially applicable Laws, the other Parties will upon request take reasonable actions to provide such Additional Services at the cost of the Party receiving such Additional Services; provided, that the Party providing such Additional Services will not have to pay any costs or incur any Liabilities that are not reimbursed by the Party receiving such Additional Services.

If Landlord provides such services to Tenant, which Landlord may determine in its sole and absolute discretion, Tenant shall pay Landlord’s charges for such services within fifteen (15) days after Tenant’s receipt of Landlord’s invoice.
Provision of Additional Services. SHERIFF shall advise CITY promptly and shall confirm in writing if SHERIFF is unable to provide some or all of any requested Additional Services. If SHERIFF is able to provide some or all of the requested Additional Services, SHERIFF shall promptly advise CITY in writing of the estimated costs of the services. Unless CITY disapproves in writing of an estimate provided by SHERIFF, SHERIFF shall provide such Additional Services to CITY and shall be reimbursed for the actual cost of providing the Additional Services subject to Section V.B.2 COUNTY shall delegate the authority to SHERIFF to approve additional services consistent with the intent of this provision.
Provision of Additional Services. Lessee may occasionally request and Lessor, at its, shall provide additional services as set forth in Exhibit C hereto.
