Provision of a. CHP plant To agree the design and specification of a CHP plant prior to the submission of any RM application in the District Centre or by the occupation of 200 dwellings on the site whichever is the earlier, capable of serving all the development at Chilmington Green, unless otherwise agreed by the LPA.   • Provision of Services (a) The HSP will provide the Services in accordance with, and otherwise comply with:

  • Provision of Data General. The Participating Employer agrees to provide to the Trustees, or, in the Trustees' discretion, the Administrative Agent, all information they may reasonably require in order to properly record and process Contributions and to establish and maintain benefit records for each eligible employee, without charge or compensation.   • Subcontracting for the Provision of Services (a) The parties acknowledge that, subject to the provisions of LHSIA, the HSP may subcontract the provision of some or all of the Services. For the purposes of this Agreement, actions taken or not taken by the subcontractor, and Services provided by the subcontractor, will be deemed actions taken or not taken by the HSP, and Services provided by the HSP.
