Provision for Supplemental Agreements for Certain Purposes. From time to time the Corporation and the Subscription Receipt Agent may, without the consent of the Subscription Receiptholders and subject to the provisions of this Agreement, execute and deliver agreements or instruments supplemental hereto, which thereafter shall form part hereof, for any one or more or all of the following purposes:
