Provision as to Paying Agent. (a) If the Company shall appoint one or more paying agents for all or any series of the Securities (each a “Paying Agent” and collectively, the “Paying Agents”) other than the Trustee, it shall cause such Paying Agent to execute and deliver to the Trustee an instrument in which such agent shall undertake, subject to the provisions of this Section 4.04,
