Providing Documentation. Either Party, at its option, may supply any document required by or referenced in and consistent with this Agreement in either paper or electronic form (including, but not limited to, electronic image, facsimile, or photocopy), and any such version shall be sufficient for all purposes under this Agreement.

Providing Documentation. Either Customer, Motor Carrier, or USP, at its option, may supply any document required by or referenced in and consistent with this Agreement in either paper or electronic form (including, but not limited to, electronic image, facsimile, or photocopy), and any such version shall be sufficient for all purposes under this Agreement.

All loans and extensions of credit that have been made by the Seller Subsidiaries comply in all material respects with applicable regulatory limitations and procedures.

  • Appropriate Documentation The Company will have received, in a form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Company, dated the Closing Date, all certificates and other documents, instruments and writings to evidence the fulfillment of the conditions set forth in this Article 6 as the Company may reasonably request.
