Providing Content. You must provide us with content for your website. If we (or a vendor on our behalf) create or supply any artwork, illustrations, photographs, text or other content for your website, we (or the vendor on our behalf) retain ownership of copyrights and all other intellectual property interests in such materials. You may not use any content supplied by us or our vendor for any purpose other than the website we create for you.

Providing Content. You must provide us with advertising content about your business. If you fail to do so prior to the deadline we set, then we may provision your Advertising with solely your business name, address and telephone number. In such event, your payment obligations will remain the same. If we (or another party on our behalf) create or supply any artwork, illustrations, photographs, text or other content for your Advertising, we retain ownership of copyrights and all other intellectual property interests in such materials.

  • THIRD-PARTY CONTENT, SERVICES AND WEBSITES 10.1 The Services may enable You to link to, transfer Your Content or Third Party Content to, or otherwise access, third parties’ websites, platforms, content, products, services, and information (“Third Party Services”).   • Client Content Client Content, including all pre-existing Trademarks, shall remain the sole property of Client or its respective suppliers, and Client or its suppliers shall be the sole owner of all rights in connection therewith.   • Audit of Existing Content and Functionality By May 1, 2017, the District will propose for OCR’s review and approval the identity and bona fides of an Auditor (corporation or individual) to audit all content and functionality on its website, including, but not limited to, the home page, all subordinate pages, and intranet pages and sites, to identify any online content or functionality that is inaccessible to persons with disabilities, including online content and functionality developed by, maintained by, or offered through a third party vendor or an open source. The Auditor will have sufficient knowledge and experience in website accessibility for people with disabilities to carry out all related tasks, including developing a Proposed Corrective Action Plan. The Audit will use the Benchmarks for Measuring Accessibility set out above, unless the District receives prior permission from OCR to use a different standard as a benchmark. During the Audit, the District will also seek input from members of the public with disabilities, including parents, students, employees, and others associated with the District, and other persons knowledgeable about website accessibility, regarding the accessibility of its online content and functionality.

  • Providing Information As a condition of using the Stripe Issuing Services, Stripe may require you to provide User Information, information regarding Authorised Users (including name, address, birthdate, and government-issued identification documents), and information about your activities and intended use of the Stripe Issuing Services. This information may be separate from or in addition to information you may have previously provided to Stripe in connection with other Services. You must promptly provide all additional financial and other information Stripe requests from time to time.
