Common use of Providers Clause in Contracts

Providers. Right from the Start (RFTS) is a West Virginia State program aimed at improving early access to prenatal care and lowering infant mortality, and improved pregnancy outcomes. The RFTS eligibility criteria and services provided are available from BMS. The MCO is encouraged, but not required, to contract with RFTS providers.
