PROVIDER'S APPOINTMENT. The Authority appoints the Provider as a potential provider of the Services referred to in the Provider's Lots and the Provider shall be eligible to be considered for the award of Orders for such Services by the Authority and Other Contracting Bodies during the Term.
PROVIDER'S APPOINTMENT. 4.1 The Administering Authority hereby appoints the Provider as a potential provider of Contract Services and/or Contract Supplies (as the case may be) and Funding and the Provider shall be eligible to be considered for the award of Contracts by Contracting Authorities during the Term.
PROVIDER'S APPOINTMENT. LPP admitted the Provider to the Dynamic Purchasing System as a potential Provider of Goods, Services and/or Works (if applicable) and the Provider shall be eligible to be considered for the award of Orders for such Goods, Services and/or Works (if applicable) by LPP and Other Contracting Authorities during the Term.
PROVIDER'S APPOINTMENT. 5.1 Subject to Clause 5.2 below, The Council appoints the Provider as a potential provider of the Services and the Provider shall be eligible to be considered for the award of IPA’s for such Services by the Council during the Term in accordance with the Individual Services Contract and the terms set out in Schedule 5.
PROVIDER'S APPOINTMENT. 2.1 The Authority appoints the Provider to the Community Diagnostic Hubs Framework as a potential provider of the Services and the Provider shall be eligible to be considered for the award of Contracts during the Term.
PROVIDER'S APPOINTMENT. Without prejudice to the Authority's rights to terminate the Framework Agreement in Clause 23 above, if a right to terminate this Framework Agreement arises in accordance with Clause 23, the Authority may suspend the Provider's appointment to supply Services to Contracting Bodies in any or all Provider's Lots by giving notice in writing to the Provider. If the Authority provides notice to the Provider in accordance with this Clause 24, the Provider's appointment shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Provider by the Authority in writing from time to time.
PROVIDER'S APPOINTMENT. 3.1 NLFI appoints the Provider as a potential provider of the ECM Services and the Provider shall be eligible to be considered for the award of Orders for such ECM Services by NLFI during the Term. The Provider will operate at all times in accordance with any and all of NLFI's published objectives in relation to the ECM Services.
PROVIDER'S APPOINTMENT. The Council appoints the Provider as a potential provider of the Services referred to in the Specification and the Provider shall be eligible to be considered for the award of Orders for such Services by the Council during the Term.
PROVIDER'S APPOINTMENT. YPO appoints the Provider as a potential provider of the Goods referred to in the Provider’s Lots and the Provider shall be eligible to be considered for the award of Orders for such Goods by YPO during the Term.
PROVIDER'S APPOINTMENT. 4.1 The Authority appoints the Provider as a potential provider of the Services and the Provider shall be eligible to be considered for the award of Orders for such Services by the Contracting Schools during the Framework Term.
