Provider Access. To the extent reasonably required for personnel of the Provider to perform the Transition Services for which the Provider is responsible hereunder, the Recipient of such Transition Services shall provide personnel of the Provider with access to its equipment, office space, plants, telecommunications and computer equipment and systems, and any other areas and equipment.

Provider Access. To the extent reasonably required for personnel of the Provider to perform the Transition Services, the Recipient shall provide personnel of the Provider with reasonable access during normal business hours (to the extent practicable) to its equipment, office space, laboratories, telecommunications and computer equipment and systems, and any other areas and equipment.

Patient agrees that in such situations, when a Patient cannot speak to their Provider immediately in person or by telephone, that Patient shall call 911 or the nearest emergency medical assistance provider, and follow the directions of emergency medical personnel.
