Protection of the Work. Contractor shall take all steps necessary to protect the Work from loss or damage by the elements, including fire, flood, rain, wind, hail, sand, cave-ins, collapses, and other hazards, and by the defective or incomplete labor or materials of others, or otherwise. In the event of such loss or damage, Contractor shall promptly replace and restore the Work or any damaged portion thereof at its expense.
Protection of the Work. Contractor shall take necessary precautions to protect the Work of other contractors from damage caused by operations under this Agreement.
Protection of the Work. The Subcontractor shall take necessary precautions to properly protect the Subcontract Work and the work of others from damage caused by the Subcontractor’s operations and/or weather. Should the Subcontractor cause damage to the Work, the Subcontract Work, the work of others or property of the Owner, the Contractor or others, the Subcontractor shall promptly remedy such damage to the satisfaction of the Contractor, or the Contractor may remedy the damage and deduct its cost from any amounts due or to become due the Subcontractor.

Protection of the Work. Subcontractor shall be responsible for the protection and security of the Work until the Owner takes final possession of the Project.
Protection of the Work. The Contractor shall take necessary precautions to properly protect the Contractor’s Work and the work of others from damage caused by the Contractor’s operations. Should the Contractor cause damage to the Work or property of the owner or CZS, it shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to examine the items so provided and thereupon handle, store and install the items with such skill and care as to ensure a satisfactory and proper installation. Loss or damage due to acts of the Contractor shall be deducted from any amounts due or to become due the Contractor.

The Contractor shall be under an absolute obligation to protect the finished and unfinished Work against any damage, loss, injury, theft and/or vandalism until Final Acceptance of the Work (or earlier use, occupancy or operation in accordance with the terms of this Contract); and in the event of such damage, loss, injury, theft and/or vandalism, it shall promptly replace or repair such Work, whichever the City shall determine to be preferable. During the performance of the Work, the Contractor shall take all reasonable precautions to protect the persons and property of the Homeowner and Occupants from damage, loss or injury resulting from the Contractor’s, and/or its subcontractors’ operations under this Contract. The Contractor’s obligation to protect shall include the duty to provide, place or replace and adequately maintain at or about the Dwelling suitable and sufficient protection such as lights, barricades, and enclosures. If Homeowner’s or an Occupant’s property is damaged through negligence of the Contractor, the Contractor shall promptly repair the damage or reimburse Homeowner for the reasonable cost of repairing the damage caused by the Contractor. The Contractor agrees to keep the premises broom clean and orderly and to remove all debris during the course of the Work.
Protection of the Work. Subcontractor shall be responsible for formulating and implementing a security program for the protection of its Work, materials and equipment. The security program shall be designed to protect work in progress and materials stored at the Site or other locations. Subcontractor will also exercise caution to ensure structure and finishes are not damaged during equipment and/or material delivery and/or installation.
Protection of the Work. Trade Contractor shall continuously maintain adequate protection of the Work from damage and shall protect the property of the Owner and A/Z as well as any adjacent and abutting properties from damage, injury or loss arising from or in connection with the Work. Trade Contractor shall make good any such damage, injury or loss that arises out of or is connected to any negligence, affirmative act or omission of Trade Contractor. Should the Work include the installation, erection or other handling of materials and equipment furnished by others, Trade Contractor shall be responsible for the protection of said materials and equipment to the extent provided above regarding the Work.
Protection of the Work. Subcontractor shall effectively secure and protect Subcontractor’s Work done hereunder and hereby assumes full responsibility for the condition thereof until final acceptance by Architect, Owner, and Contractor. Subcontractor further agrees to provide such protection as is necessary to protect Subcontractor’s Work and the workmen of Contractor, Owner, and other subcontractors from Subcontractor’s operations. Subcontractor shall be liable for any loss or damage to any work in place or to any equipment and materials on the job site caused by Subcontractor or Subcontractor’s agents, employees, or guests.
