Protection of Property. In carrying out its work, Subcontractor shall take necessary precautions to protect the work of other trades from damage caused by its operations. Subcontractor shall make every effort to protect its own work from damage of any sort and shall continue to protect its work until Subcontractor has completed its work in its entirety. Subcontractor shall locate all utility lines before digging and take all reasonable precautions to avoid disturbing existing utilities.
