Protection of Property. Each Party shall be responsible for protecting its own facilities from possible damage resulting from electrical disturbances or faults caused by the operation, faulty operation, or non-operation of the other Party’s facilities and such other Party shall not be liable for any such damages so caused; provided that nothing in this Section 5.6 shall modify any other agreement between the Parties or applicable Law.
