The Purchaser shall to the greatest extent practicable protect from damage all gates, signs, telephone lines, power lines, fences, irrigation ditches, cattle guards, drainage structures, road improvements, and any other improvements or infrastructure within the gross sale area and/or along haul routes. Damages caused by the Purchaser, his, her or its employees or subcontractors, and expenses associated with the repair or replacement of damaged structures and improvements are the sole responsibility of the Purchaser.

If relocation or removal of said improvements is necessary to avoid foreseeable damage by Contractor's Operations, work and cost shall be borne by the party listed in the table below. If Contractor is required to move or relocate the improvements, they shall move or relocate the improvements listed in the following table to locations and in a manner as specified in drawings or in specifications attached hereto.
