PROTECTION OF CLASSIFIED INFORMATION. 1. The Parties shall afford to Classified Information referred to in this Agreement the same protection as to their own information of the corresponding security classification level.
PROTECTION OF CLASSIFIED INFORMATION. 1. The Parties shall take all appropriate measures to protect Classified Information referred to in this Agreement and shall provide for the necessary control of this protection. They shall afford such information at least the same protection as they afford to their own information at the corresponding classification level in accordance with their national laws and regulations.
PROTECTION OF CLASSIFIED INFORMATION. The protection of classified information exchanged between the Parties, their individuals or legal entities, under co-operation arrangements or contracts concluded or to be concluded shall be ruled by a Bilateral Security Agreement on Mutual Protection of Classified Information.
PROTECTION OF CLASSIFIED INFORMATION. 1. The European Parliament shall protect, in accordance with its security rules and with this Agreement, any classified information provided to it by the Council.

PROTECTION OF CLASSIFIED INFORMATION. The protection of Classified Information to be exchanged between the Parties shall be regulated by an Agreement on Mutual Exchange and Protection of Classified Information between the Parties.
PROTECTION OF CLASSIFIED INFORMATION. 1. Each Party shall have a security system and security measures in place based on the basic principles and minimum standards of security laid down in its respective laws and regu- lations, in order to ensure that an equivalent level of protection is applied to classified information. On request, each Party shall provide the other Party with information about its security standards, procedures and practices, including training, for safe- guarding classified information.
PROTECTION OF CLASSIFIED INFORMATION. 1. Competent authorities shall guarantee to each other the protection of the classified information supplied under this Agreement. The provisions of this Article shall not prejudice the application of other international treaties on the protection of classified information in force entered into by the Contracting Parties. The competent authority of the Contracting Party receiving classified information must xxxx the received classified information with a respective classification marking prescribed by the legislation applicable in the territory of its state. The specified requirements shall be applicable to any form of expression of classified information regardless of the manner of recording thereof as well as medium on which such information is recorded.
PROTECTION OF CLASSIFIED INFORMATION. (1) In accordance with the national legislation, the Contracting Parties shall take appropriate measures to protect Classified Information which is transmitted, received, produced or developed as a result of a contractual or any other relation between the legal entities of their respective states. The states of the Contracting Parties shall afford to all of the exchanged, received, produced or developed Classified Information the level of protection corresponding to the equivalent degree of Security Classification, according to Article 4.
