Protection of Access Codes. The Member acknowledges responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of any Access Code. The Member agrees that the Member will not disclose the Member’s Access Code to anyone and that Member will change Member’s Access Code on a regular basis. The Member understands that Member is responsible for all transactions conducted through the use or misuse of Member’s Access Code. The Member agrees that Servus Credit Union has no obligation to confirm the authority or identity of a person using Member’s Access Codes.

Protection of Access Codes. If User is issued an access code to be used for Internet access to AllStar Backgrounds services (the “Access Code”), User shall only publicize the Access Code to personnel on a need-to-know basis. Any log-on or password information provided to User in connection with the Access Code shall be provided only to an “Account Administrator” and specific individuals designated as “Authorized Users”. User shall notify AllStar Backgrounds 0000 XX 00 Xxxx #000 Xxxxxxxxx, XX 00000 AllStar Backgrounds immediately upon any change of the Account Administrator or Authorized Users.

  • Security of Access Code You may use one (1) or more access codes with your electronic fund transfers. The access codes issued to you are for your security purposes. Any access codes issued to you are confidential and should not be disclosed to third parties or recorded on or with the card. You are responsible for safekeeping your access codes. You agree not to disclose or otherwise make your access codes available to anyone not authorized to sign on your accounts. If you authorize anyone to use your access codes, that authority shall continue until you specifically revoke such authority by notifying the Credit Union. You understand that any joint owner you authorize to use an access code may withdraw or transfer funds from any of your accounts. If you fail to maintain the security of these access codes and the Credit Union suffers a loss, we may terminate your EFT services immediately.

  • USE OF TBS ACCESS CODE (a) An Account Holder may operate the TBS in relation to his Account by using his TBS Access Code.

  • CANCELLATION OF TBS ACCESS CODE The Account Holder may cancel his TBS Access Code by giving notice to the Bank in writing or in any other manner as may be determined by the Bank, and such notice shall only be effective upon actual receipt thereof by the relevant officer-in-charge at the Bank.

  • Protection of Customer Data The Supplier shall not delete or remove any proprietary notices contained within or relating to the Customer Data. The Supplier shall not store, copy, disclose, or use the Customer Data except as necessary for the performance by the Supplier of its obligations under this Call Off Contract or as otherwise Approved by the Customer. To the extent that the Customer Data is held and/or Processed by the Supplier, the Supplier shall supply that Customer Data to the Customer as requested by the Customer and in the format (if any) specified by the Customer in the Call Off Order Form and, in any event, as specified by the Customer from time to time in writing. The Supplier shall take responsibility for preserving the integrity of Customer Data and preventing the corruption or loss of Customer Data. The Supplier shall perform secure back-ups of all Customer Data and shall ensure that up-to-date back-ups are stored off-site at an Approved location in accordance with any BCDR Plan or otherwise. The Supplier shall ensure that such back-ups are available to the Customer (or to such other person as the Customer may direct) at all times upon request and are delivered to the Customer at no less than six (6) Monthly intervals (or such other intervals as may be agreed in writing between the Parties). The Supplier shall ensure that any system on which the Supplier holds any Customer Data, including back-up data, is a secure system that complies with the Security Policy and the Security Management Plan (if any). If at any time the Supplier suspects or has reason to believe that the Customer Data is corrupted, lost or sufficiently degraded in any way for any reason, then the Supplier shall notify the Customer immediately and inform the Customer of the remedial action the Supplier proposes to take. If the Customer Data is corrupted, lost or sufficiently degraded as a result of a Default so as to be unusable, the Supplier may: require the Supplier (at the Supplier's expense) to restore or procure the restoration of Customer Data to the extent and in accordance with the requirements specified in Call Off Schedule 8 (Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery) or as otherwise required by the Customer, and the Supplier shall do so as soon as practicable but not later than five (5) Working Days from the date of receipt of the Customer’s notice; and/or itself restore or procure the restoration of Customer Data, and shall be repaid by the Supplier any reasonable expenses incurred in doing so to the extent and in accordance with the requirements specified in Call Off Schedule 8 (Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery) or as otherwise required by the Customer.   • PROTECTION OF WORK Subcontractor shall effectually secure and protect the work done hereunder and assume full responsibility for the condition thereof until final acceptance by Architect, Owner and Contractor. Subcontractor further agrees to provide such protection as is necessary to protect the work and the workmen of Contractor, Owner and other subcontractors from its operations. In an emergency affecting life and safety of life or of Work or of adjoining property, Contractor, without special instruction or authorization from District, is permitted to act at his discretion to prevent such threatened loss or injury.
