Protection and Safety. The Subcontractor shall (a) take necessary precautions to protect properly the Work of other subcontractors from damage caused by operations under this Subcontract; (b) take reasonable safety precautions with respect to performance of this Subcontract; (c) comply with safety measures initiated by the Contractor and with applicable laws, ordinances, rules, regulations and orders of public authorities for the safety of persons or property in accordance with the requirements of the General Contract; and (d) immediately report to the Contractor any injury to an employee or agent of the Subcontractor which occurs at the site.
